SEND Administrator | £21,962 - £23,885 | Temporary – Permanent | Nottingham, NG8Cherry Professional is pleased to be working with a fantastic client in the education sector to recruit a SEND Administrator in Nottingham to start as soon as possible. Reporting to the Office Manager, the SEND Administrator will ensure that an efficient and effective administration service is provided to the SEND and wider administrative team.This role is on a full-time or part-time basis, term time only (38 weeks) + an extra 2 weeks.Benefits include free parking, employee assistance programme, generous pension scheme, access to discounts, excellent opportunities for training and career progression.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the administrative support/coordination for meetings such as Annual Reviews, Interim Reviews and ad hoc meetings including agenda preparation, collation of supporting papers, minute taking, production and distribution of minutesand any additional documentation.Maintain SEND student records both electronic and paper files.Contribute to planning, development and organization of office systems/procedures.Enter and retrieve data on the SIMS database and produce statistical reports.Assist with student welfare duties such as dealing with sick students, liaising with parents/carers and relevant staff, dealing with complex student matters, investigating and resolving any matters.The Ideal Candidate:Previous administrative, reception or personal assistant experience.Ability to create and analyse complex data.Effective use of ICT packages.Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences.Possess or must be willing to train for the First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification approved by the HSE as requested.Previous experience of working within an educational setting and SIMS.net knowledge is desirable.Other roles you may have applied for are Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, and Receptionist.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
