Job Description

Secondary Teaching Assistant | January 2022 Are you a confident Teaching Assistant with experience working with students who have additional learning needsDo you have a passion for supporting students across KS3 / KS4LTF Recruitment are looking for Teaching Assistants to work across a local secondary school supporting students across KS3 / KS4 with a ddional needs and in class support. This would be a full-time position starting in January 2022. The hours for this rolewill be between 8:15am - 3:30pm.

  • Previous experience working in a Teaching Assistant role with children or young people who have SEND.
  • Confident in managing challenging behaviours.
  • Adaptable and nurturing with a positive demeanour.
  • The ability to maintain effective and trusting relationships
The roles will include working under the supervision of the class teacher, assisting students on a 1:1 and small group basis as a Teaching Assistant.
