Were looking for a Scrum Master to join our agile delivery team based in Nottingham.Were looking for an experienced Scrum Master and are particularly interested in candidates who may have a developer/tester background who have moved into the Scrum Master space.What is a Scrum Master responsible forYou will act as the servant-leader for our Agile teams, helping to educate the teams on ways of working and ensuring that all agreed Agile processes are correctly followed. Youll have responsibility for ensuring the team are empowered to tackle impediments and blockages as quickly as possible.You will have a relentless focus on continually improving the performance of the Agile team and the environment they are operating in, whilst ensuring appropriate governance standards are adhered to. You will spend much of your time helping other team members communicate, coordinate and cooperate.
