Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Administrator to support a growing team with the day to day administration of all sales orders and checks. Ensuring customers are kept up to date on their orders at all times.Client Details:Our client is a growing retail business in Strelley, Nottingham that provides a high standard of goods to its customers and they want to ensure that they provide a five star service to match it. Getting orders right is key to that and ensuring they have the right team driving this forward is a priority for them.The main duties of the Sales Order Administrator are:

  • Dealing with and processing Orders from the sales team and inputting them onto inhouse system, pushing in-stock orders to the deliveries team
  • Prioritising Orders within the back order
  • Ensuring that any missing information requested from customer is followed up and collected
  • Checking the number of customers awaiting stock and investigating reasons why
  • Ensuring all discrepancies are noted and amended
  • Reports to Customer Services of which customers wont have expected delivery dates met and if customers can be upgraded/changed onto similar sets
  • The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar position

  • This is an office-based role with the potential of working from home during Covid, for training measures are in place.
