SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Office Supervisor who will be responsible for the management of new and existing accounts, verbal and written communication with customers and accurate and timely input of orders to the internal systemWhat does the role involveAs Sales Office Supervisor, you will be in close contact with the external sales and credit control teams to ensure all customer queries and account issues can be resolved. Candidates should have the ability to produce quotes and ensure any chance to upsellproducts is given to the customer to maximise any add-on sales.To be successful in this role, you will need to be:• To have good attention to detail, along with the ability to lead and motivate others• Excellent IT and numeracy skills• Experience in a sales environment will be desirable for this role as will knowledge of the construction sector• To be aware of market conditions and competitor activityIn return we offer:• Competitive salary with annual pay award and staff recognition schemes• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
