I am excited to be working with a well - networked and established client, based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, looking for a new Sales Team Member to join their team, specializing in the hospitality sector of the business. HOURS: 37.5 per week - FULL TIME LOCATION: NG1 THE ROLE: " To maintain a strong digital presence across Nottingham, using social media and other online client portals. " To promote, engage and deliver the products and services available using calls, digital platforms, and face to face meetings. " Acting as the hospitality specialist account officer within the team and the first point of reference for matters relating to the assigned industry." Working closely with a Project Executive, to host quarterly networking events across the city within the Assigned industry specialism and build industry steering boards. " Support businesses in the city center, building relationships, communicating relevant information, and handling/escalating their enquiries as appropriate." To ensure all clients receive weekly communication." To provide business intelligence reporting around essential management services." To complete daily city center street inspections and produce reporting templates as directed by the city operations manager.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: " Ability to professionally use multiple communication channels including Digital calling, Social Media and Telephone." Previous experience in a B2B sales role. " Effective listening and observational skills with an ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters on occasion." A passion for the future successful development of Nottingham city center. " Ability to work with equality, integrity, and fairness in dealing with customers, businesses, and team members.
