Job Description

Want to perfect your craft in salesOR Are you ambitious and want to develop sales skillsWant to represent a quality, market leader product which truly stand out from others in their categoryFull time, Fixed Term until 31 December 2023 (potential to extend)Salary: £22,440 per annum + up to 20% bonus opportunity + small van + 25% discount at BrewDog barsWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, and surroundsWorking for REL Field Marketing on their expanding BrewDog Field Sales team, you will be helping to spread BrewDogs passion for craft beer in the UK. In addition to making amazing craft beers, there is more than meets the eye. You may not know that BrewDogare a carbon negative brewery and have brought forward various new beers with profit going to charity.As a BrewDog Sales Executive, youll be responsible for:

  • Visiting Convenience stores as the face of BrewDog
  • Managing the success of your own area and achieving targets
  • Obtaining additional displays, increasing the visibility and availability of the product
  • Selling in new products and introducing promotions

Please note this is a very physical role and will involve a lot of heavy lifting.You will have:
  • Held a full manualdriving licence for at east 12 months
  • Sales experience preferred but we are willing to train those with the right attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own work
  • Dedication to completing everything to the highest standards and be motivated by results
