About the roleGraypaul Ferrari & Maserati Nottingham is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their small but fantastic team.As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Departmentand many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.Sytner Sales Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youPrevious industry experience in an administrative role, in addition to experience of the CDK/Kerridge dealer management system would be highly advantageous along with proficient IT skills.We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile.
