Your new role:In this brand new role the Business Development / Recruitment Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves:
  • Business Development - Cold calling local businesses telesales
  • Face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
  • Lead Generation
  • Building Sales Pipeline
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales process
  • Following up on Marketing Generated Leads
    • The Essentials
  • A number of years Experience in a Sales or Business Development role
  • Experience in sourcing and generating new sales leads through telesales.
  • Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities.
  • Appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service.
  • Tenacity and resilience
  • Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed.
  • Confident and personable.
  • Own car and driving license ideally
