We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our fantastic store based in Nottingham - Castle Marina Retail ParkRetail is vital for the success of our brand. Workingin store you will be responsible for managing a team of retail colleagues and be accountable for overall store performance. You must work with your team to ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional customer journey whilst they shop in store. Withthe backing of our industry leading Sleepmatch technology, and talented retail colleagues, you work to ensure every customer finds their `great night`s sleep` in store. Strong leadership and determination are key. You must be able to lead by example and keepthe team both motivated and supported in maintain their drive to hit both individual and store targets. You should have your own personal ambition to succeed but have a passion to support and coach others to achieve their own personal ambitions. Previous management experience is essential as well as experience of working towards KPIs and sales targets. We will offer you uncapped earning potential, based on your sales performance as well as generous employee discount and retail trust scheme. Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
