You will report into a few Directors who are more champions and cheerleaders for this business!This role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Business Strategy, managing the P&L, nurturing supplier relationships, online sales, product selection, customer relationships, staff engagement, inventory and much much more; the absolute joy hereis that there is flexibility for you, the new Retail Store Manager. As there is the luxury of a handover and training on the job, you can brush up on skills that are missing, with time to learn. If you are the finished article and are highly experienced inthis field, then youll only have to learn about the products in store and the dedicated team.However, the paramount importance of relationships cannot be underestimated. The Retail Store Manager plays a pivotal role in preserving the great work ethic as well as great teamwork.
