Job Description

I am working with a regional firm in Nottingham to recruit a part time Residential Conveyancing Manager to join their sizeable department. This is an acclaimed and well-established firm with four offices spread across the East Midlands who have truly madea name for themselves in their 100+ years of establishment. Within this role, you will work closely with both the Head of Department and Compliance Manager and so anyone with experience in conveyancing and compliance is of particular interest.As Residential Conveyancing Manager your main duties will include:

  • Reviewing and signing off files by the appropriate Fee Earners.
  • Review existing processes and implement new processes.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Management Officer to ensure the residential conveyancing teams across all offices meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
  • To undertake Anti Money Laundering checks, support Head of Department, appraisals, meetings and other processes and checks.
  • Establish, maintain and enhance team-working with colleagues and staff of the firm.
  • To submit relevant records to ensure continued accreditations with relevant bodies.
My client is looking for a strong, assertive candidate who has previous experience within Residential and Compliance and has proven understanding of AML and GDPR requirements.
