Remote Customer Service Advisor Job DescriptionWe are looking for people who have a passion for customer service, whether that’s people who have thrived in contact centres, retail, hospitality or care.This is an inbound customer service role – working from home.£18,137.00 per year plus bonuses.This is a permanent and full-time position.Includes 7 weeks paid training (3 weeks classroom – 4 weeks academy)40 hours a week with 4, 11 hour shifts which include a 1-hour lunch break or breaks throughout the day between 8am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday.Working alongside one of the biggest entertainment brands in Europe that specialise in top quality channel including the latest news, cutting edge technology and must have home technology.
