We currently have an available opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to cover full and part time Staff Nurse roles in the Nottingham area . We are seeking nurses with a "Get up and Go" attitude as well as excellent experience, skills and knowledge. If this is you, please get in touch.THE RESPONSIBILITIES:·Assess patients condition and chart your observations ·Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review ·Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician ·Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing ·Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures ·Coordinate with Physicians and anyone else involved in the patients care plan ·Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable ·Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patients quality of life ·Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requestsEDUCATION:Nursing certificate and registration with the NMC with a valid UK PIN number THE REQUIREMENT:To be eligible for this role, you will need to: ·Be a registered staff nurse with ideally 1 or more years experience ·Ability to cover long days or nights ·Registered with the NMC ·Ideally have worked within hospital environment ·Have very good communication skills and work well in a teamTHE REWARDS:·Excellent pay rates ·Flexible hours to suit your needs ·Mandatory training and additional Training ·Fast Track Registration and Compliance ProcessTHE DETAILS:Location: Nottingham Job-Type: Locum Salary: Daily £265
