  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships in a region, to promote the company’s services
  • Developing an understanding of local market needs and drivers in relation to digital skills and professional development
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Developing and delivering sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Successfully growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts, including attending networking events to attract and retain customers
  • Identifying partnerships, funding sources and channel opportunities to grow business opportunities for the company
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
Necessary requirements and skills for the role of Regional Development Manager, are as followed…
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role
  • Demonstratable experience in establishing contacts and developing high-value relationships at the director and or C-level in corporate organisations or channel partners
  • Experience in tech/ digital, learning and development or membership/ Professional Body workplace
  • The ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences#
  • Full UK Driving License
The Role…Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Engagement, the Regional Development Manager will help to grow the Corporate Engagement customer base. You will be working in a strategic, consultative, dynamic and customer-centric environment, the RDM willtake responsibility for the development of customer relationships with our client’s leading product portfolio.The Regional Development Manager will be predominantly home-based with occasional travel into the company’s Wiltshire-based office. As a field-based role, there will be occasional visits to clients or suppliers, off-site meetings and events in the UK asrequired.
  • Salary: up to £40,000
  • OTB: £20,000
