We work hard, but we also havefun and celebrate our successes.The RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bringyour energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (secondary/primary/SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and wewill be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
