Job Description

Urgent Quantity SurveyorTemp to PermNottingham Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in the Nottingham area. Can pay between £25 and £30 per hour depending on experience.The Quantity Surveyor role will involve:

  • Provide project teams with expert quantity surveying advice and technical expertise including advising on the planning, programming and management of capital projects
  • Estimating all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures
  • Minimizing the costs of a project whilst trying to enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
  • Ensuring statutory building regulations are met
  • Liaising with contractors and assist in organizing work load
  • Build and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues, key customers, and stakeholders
