An opportunity has come up for a Quality Manager to join an established optical / medical device company in the Nottinghamshire area.In this exciting role we will look to you to create and maintain their quality management system (QMS).As a quality manager no two days will be the same. You will get involved in all aspects of quality management, from the creation of their QMS, compliance and getting involved in internal and external audits.Continuous improvement is important and this is why building relationships with key stakeholders across the business is a key element of this role. Working with their colleagues you will lead initiatives to improve their efficiency within their quality program.Experience:- We are looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, including working with medical devices in accordance with EN ISO 13485:2016, 21 CFR 820, MDSAP.- Due to the nature of the role, we will look for you to demonstrate your experience in risk management techniques, six sigma and lean manufacturing, as well as root cause analysis tools.LocationNottinghamRoleQuality ManagerStart dateASAPIf this role isnt what youre looking for dont worry, we cover all permanent and contract positions with specialist industry sector teams.
