Job Description

This is achieved through supporting and observing our operational teams, and embedding improvement throughout our work.Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Maintain a programme Quality Improvement schedule and ensure all activities take place within the required timeframes.
  • Support in the management of the File Check Policy and Procedures.
  • Support Operational Teams with reports detailing observation and file check completion rates.
  • Support Operational teams to analyse Management Information to identify trends in delivery.
  • Deliver training and coaching to Operational teams to support the understanding of quality requirements.
  • Supporting and facilitating monthly Quality Meetings with Operations.
  • Working to embed a culture of quality improvement with Operational Teams
  • Taking and agreeing minutes, dissemination and action follow-up, where required.

  • Experience delivering high quality written materials using MS Word, briefings, reports, minutes that are clear, accurate and concise.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
  • Essential Criteria:
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, data manipulation, pivot tables and data presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with short timescales.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent decision making skills.
  • Desirable Criteria:
  • Knowledge of the Governments Welfare to Work and Skills agenda.
  • Understanding of quality improvement activities.
  • Experience of Publicly Funded service delivery, either from within a government or local authority team or function or contracted service.
