If so we’re looking for an exceptional individual to deliver and manage systems and a team that ensure our services comply with regulatory requirements including those of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Regulator of Social Housing.This will be your opportunity to promote and drive improvements in service quality for NCHA customers.About the RoleAs the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Homes and Wellbeing. You’ll be managing an experienced team of 5 Quality Assessors to lead our quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.You will be managing the integrated quality management system across our Homes and Wellbeing (HW) teams to ensure it is compliant with external accreditations, CQC and the Regulator of Social Housing and Ofsted and as defined by ISO 9001: 2017, 14001:2017and 45001:2018.TAbout youTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have previous experience within a Social Care or Health quality role that incorporates the implementation and auditing of ISO standards as mentioned above and have a great understanding of CQC requirements and ideally The Regulator of Social Housing andOfsted as well.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management, communication (both verbal written) and IT skills as well as being able to analyse and report on data.
  • Be confident to work autonomously and manage a team predominantly remotely.
  • A valid driving licence and regular access to a car is essential for this post.
Working HoursThis is a full time (35hrs per week) Monday to Friday agile role; working 1-2 days from the office in Nottingham per week and requiring flexibility to attend meetings or events outside of traditional office hours.
