Job Description

Our client, a growing, thriving business located in their fresh new office in Bulwell, are seeking an experienced property professional to join their team!This role offers a great insight into the property sales environment, liaising with both clients, vendors and other Estate Agents.You will work in a highly supportive environment and remain office based, therefore a driving license is NOT essential for this role!

  • £18,525 per annum
  • Bonus: £4500 - £4740 per annum
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
  • 1 Saturday a month, with a day off in lieu
Main Accountabilities:
  • To ensure the timely marketing of all property instructions
  • To liaise with the admin team to obtain the Title documents and carry out AML checks on all beneficial owners of the property before commencing marketing
  • To liaise with all Marketing Agents to ensure they understand and comply with clients requirements
  • To ensure the Home Report has been booked and provided to the marketing agents to comply with current legislation
  • Ensure systems are kept up to date with detailed notes to enable the weekly reports sent to Clients keep them up to date with all stages of the marketing, including any recommendations regarding the performance of Agents
  • Managing of offers and liaising with agents and solicitors to obtain purchaser AML
Skills
  • It is essential that you have Property Industry Knowledge and Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
