Join Our Clients Thriving Lettings Team in Nottingham!Our client, a leading lettings agency in the heart of Nottingham, is seeking a dynamic and organised Property Manager to join their vibrant team.Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment Are you a master of juggling priorities and deadlines Do you love building relationships and ensuring happy tenants and landlords If so, we want to hear from you!What youll do:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Leicester.
  • Conduct viewings and handle tenant applications, making informed decisions on rentals.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Handle rent collection and property maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for landlords and tenants.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, building trust and loyalty.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
What you bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing effectively in a busy environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is correct and complete.
  • IT proficiency, confident in using property management software and related tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to find solutions.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
