Given the size of the business this includes, the Production Manager, the team of Production Coordinators andshop-floor staff. • Providing strong technical support to the business, including materials, specifications & innovative production methods
• Complete management of the production department & team
• Selection & Management of Sub-Contractors / external manufacturing partners
• Production planning & scheduling
• Coordinating appropriate resource, overtime etc as & when required
• Ensuring production efficiencies & commercial results
• Motivation, management & mentoring of the production team
