They are regularly instructed by clients, in the form of land owners/promoters, surveyors, architects and planning consultants to assist in the development of deliverable site layout plans.Indeed the Company takes great pride in delivering successful outcomes for its clients, by being adaptable and meticulous in overcoming technical obstacles to achieving planning consent.Working as part of a growing specialist team, your principal remit will be to manage and oversee a small team delivering successful technical solutions to complex planning issues. Alongside demonstrating a proven ability to undertake business development and secure instructions from new Clients.The successful applicant will be offered excellent opportunities for career progression and personal development in line with their own ambitions, within a team that is highly regarded by its associates and indeed the planning/transport sector.Further duties will include, preparation of complex junction layouts as hand drawn scaled drawings and using AutoCAD. Proficient in the use of junction modelling software to assess capacity performance and identify suitable mitigating improvements. Produce Appeal Statements and provide technical assistance in the preparation of Inquiry documents.If you have circa five to eight years planning/engineer experience and are keen to progress your career, this could certainly be the new challenge you are looking for.
