Job Description

Tradewind is seeking dynamic and qualified Supply Teachers to join our team of amazing candidates. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers. This position offersflexibility and an opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings.Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
  • Collaborating with other staff members and following school policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher statusStrong classroom management skillsEnhanced DBS flexible and adaptableDriving license preferred
