Job Description

PMO Lead Opportunity - Remote Working (UK)Transition Partners are currently recruiting for a key client based in the UK who are on the lookout for a PMO Lead to join their dynamic, technology-driven, and highly productive team.

The PMO Lead will be key to the company, you will develop and implement industry leading practices to enable the successful delivery of programmes.Responsibilities will include;
  • Ensure roadmaps and delivery plans are maintained
  • Provide business & project support, including financial and progress reporting
  • Set up and lead governance and assurance project deliverables
  • Be the first point of contact for audits relating to technology governance
  • Create and manage the risk framework, ensuring risks are identified and managed.
  • Develop and help mature the PMO function to support successful delivery
Skills needed;
  • Previous experience working within a PMO function at senior or lead level
  • Proven experience in a programme or project environment within a technology organisation
  • Experience of using a PPM toolset to manage plans, resources, risks and issues
  • Experience within a consultancy environment
  • Energy experience as a Bonus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Can do attitude
