In your role as Personal Assistant to the Chairman at MHR you will work on a one-on-one basis to assist in the support and delivery of the mission and vision of the organisation. As the first point of contact, you will take responsibility for all administrativeworkload and high-level operational support, in addition to aiding the Chairman in the execution of their personal accountabilities.You will have superb PA skills and will be trustworthy, approachable, demonstrate a professional manner, and be an effective communicator both written and verbal. You always aim to be one step ahead and ensure responsibilities are delivered in a timely andaccurate manner.Proven experience supporting at an executive level, and of course, confidentiality is at the heart of this role. To undertake complex diary management and meeting schedules Ensuring the Chairman is prepared for all meetings, presentations, and travel Organisation of meetings, creation of agendas, and taking minutes where required Proficient in touch typing, maintaining and issuing minutes of meetings including monthly board meetings where required Travel arrangements - booking of flights, co-ordinating hotel, rail, etc. Work on and/or manage ad hoc projects and high-level events Ability to handle matters of a confidential and sensitive nature with professionalism and discretion Excellent interpersonal skills and confident approach in managing and building relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders and external contacts<span style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-si
