With an eye on short term trading, and long-term business objectives, you will manage the internal performance team to deliver against multiple targets (spend, CPA, revenue) – driving a strong commercial ethos throughout the team.Key Responsibilities:Reporting into the Head of digital marketing, your day to day tasks will include:Deliver digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including Display, Paid Social, SEM, and AffiliatesCross channel budget managementYou will build an acquisition strategy that is in line with overall business targetsDeliver extraordinary creatives by partnering with our in-house Creative DepartmentAnalyse channel and campaign performanceWork in collaboration with the trading and CRM teams to maximise conversion rates and retain and grow our customer baseBuild and develop the acquisition teamDesired Experience:.4+ years of digital performance marketing with a focus on new user/customer acquisitionHighly analytical, data driven and obsession with delivering continuous improvement in marketing performance, ROAS and CPAAbility to handle multiple stakeholdersProven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders including C-suite executivesExcellent project management skills including prioritization and planningSelf-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and changeFamiliarity navigating digital media platforms such as Google Marketing platform (SA360, Display & Video 360) and Facebook Ads Manager.Job DetailsSeniority LevelMid-Senior level
