Job Description

Accountable Recruitment are supporting a company based in Nottingham City Centre as they recruit for a Payroll Administrator. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills. If you have a background as a Payroll officer,administrator or general admin experience - there is opportunity to further develop in this position.Payroll Administrator / Up to £28,000 / Nottingham City Centre / HybridPackage;Up to £28,000Hybrid working - 3 in office / 2 homeFantastic training programme and development opportunitiesHealth plan accessRewards package which includes lots of discounts for when youre out of office!Duties of the Payroll administrator;

  • Collection and reconciliation of timesheets
  • General admin and upkeeping of the system
  • Communicating across departments/heads re shift queries
  • Processing pay on system once matched
  • Updating statutory payments when required (SSP / SMP etc)
  • Resolving employee queries when required
  • Processing starters and leavers
Experience required to apply to be a Payroll Administrator;
  • Experience in an admin role
  • Knowledge of general payroll (and / or legislations) is beneficial
  • Adapts well to systems
  • Process driven and highly organised
  • Personable and able to build relationships and communicate with employees and management effectively and personably
