Job Description

Property Services Coordinator - Part TimeA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part TIme Property Services Coordinator join our Enquiry Team at The SO Hub. Part time hours but must include a Saturday.The SO Hub specialises in providing a fully integrated Sales & Marketing service of New Build Shared Ownership properties, nationwide, for Registered Providers and Housing Associations. Our dedicated team oversee the whole process from off plan sales tocompletion, with properties mainly marketed via portals as well as partnerships with local estates agents. We are currently looking to recruit a Property Services Co-Ordinator to join the team based in Aspect Business Park, Bulwell.Main Accountabilities and Role Purpose

  • To deal with inbound enquiries for new build shared ownership properties for sale
  • Fully informing potential buyers of availability, pricing, process and answering queries
  • Booking viewings
  • To ensure all requests for additional services for Clients are dealt with within SLAs
  • To ensure effective communication with both internal and external clients
  • To liaise with suppliers to arrange suitable appointments in line with Client requirements
  • To confirm appointments with Clients and keep them updated
  • To chase service providers for confirmation of appointments and update clients of any delays
  • To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure The SO Hub grows and develops in line with its financial forecast
  • To deliver targets to both clients and colleagues
  • To ensure an effective audit trail on our CRM with relevant notes
  • Monitoring of service provided by external suppliers
  • To liaise with both internal and external colleagues with effective communication to ensure business relationships are maintained and sustained
  • To work towards individual and team targets as per The PX Hubs / SO Hubs financial forecast
Experience, Qualifications and other requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Work planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures
  • Experience within the property/new build industry
Additional Information
  • Part Time: 2 full week days and every Saturday (10-4pm).
  • Location - Whilst in probation you will be working full time from our office in Bulwell and then after sign off you will have the option to work in flexibly (this will be a maximum of 2 days per week excluding weekends which you can work from home)
