Job Description

The PXHub is a fast growing division of LSL property services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including Builders and property disposal companies.Located at our offices in NG6 which gives great access to J26 of the M1 and the tram network along with a modern working environment. We are now looking to recruit a Property professional to join their expanding team. Candidates will ideally have experienceof a fast paced, high-pressure working environment as they work to targets and various service level agreements. It is essential that you will have experience in the property/estate agency industry.Main Accountabilities and Role PurposeTo ensure all valuations requests from Clients are dealt with within SLAsTo ensure effective communication with both internal and external clientsTo make appointments with vendors and nominated Estate Agents.To chase Agents for return of paperwork to enable efficient production of packs by the Property Valuation CoordinatorsTo provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure The PX Hub grows and develops in line with its financial forecastTo deliver targets to both clients and colleaguesExperience, Qualifications and other requirements

Additional Information
  • This is a part time permanent contract. We are looking for someone who is able to commit to working 3 days per week. You must have flexibility to work one day on a weekend but we have flexibility and can discuss which days you are able to work
  • Location - Whilst in probation you will be working from our office in Bulwell and then after sign off you will have the option to work in flexibly / remotely
