Job Description

Part Time Payroll Administrator - Nottingham - up to £21k pro rataWe are currently working with a well established business based in NottinghamCity Centre who are recruiting for aPart Time Payroll Administrator to work within their Payroll Department. This is a great opportunity for someone to widen and utilise their experience, but also have the benefit of working flexible hours between the office and home. Working within a team of 4 you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and support to internal and external customers.Responsibilities:Organising starters and leavers, as well as making the necessary amendmentsin order to process the payroll correctlyChecking payroll has been entered onto the system correctlyEntering tax documentation onto the system such as P45s P6s and statutory deductionsDealing with any queries and enquiries on a daily basisDistributing payslips and P45s accordinglyChasing and entering bank detail information, along with dealing with amendments to employee recordsAccurately processing the payroll to ensure that deadlines are metCarrying out additional duties as and when requiredIdeal candidate:Previous experience working within a payroll departmentIT literate with strong knowledge of ExcelAbility to prioritise work and meet deadlinesGood communication skillsTeam playerExperience of working within a fast paced environmentCherry Professional are recruiting on behalf of their clientRoles you may have applied for: Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator, Payroll OfficerCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
