Are you an experienced ledger team leader looking for a part time opportunityWorking for this well-established Nottingham grown brand that has seen tremendous growth over the last few years with no plans to slow down youll be joining an organisation with a likely turnover of £70million this year with plans to expand to £100millionover the next 5 years.Youll be joining a fantastic finance team of 5 with mixed levels of experience working either 5 short days a week or 3 full days a week on a 20-25 hour weekly contract, ideally youll need to have a background in transactional finance and some supervisoryexperience.Your main area of focus in this role will be taking over the day to day management of the ledger team of 3 from supervising payment runs on the purchase ledger side to supporting with resolution of complex queries and supporting them as a mentor to developas finance professionals.Theyll also be lots of opportunities to get involved in finance project work as the company continues to expand with a significant portion of your time being focused on streamlining the new multi-matching system, liaising with other heads of departmentand becoming an expert on the system to make sure its aligning with the needs of the finance function.Day to day youll work on a hybrid working pattern from the office based in Eastwood with 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home.
