Our people are passionate about the business and their area of expertise – whether that’s luxury fashion buying or sportswear analytics.The opportunity.You will be responsible for audience engagement across a number of social platforms and will require excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking and an understanding of the relevant brands requirements. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team you will be responsible for building and developing the paid social program for the sports fascias of Frasers Group.The responsibility.The purpose of this role is to assist the Performance Marketing Manager in the day to day management of the Paid Social Channels. You will own the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisation - ensuring time, budget and quality standards are met.Build an understanding of market trends, seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to campaignsDevelop a understanding of our brands demographic profiles and apply to campaign developments and optimisationsAnalyse conversion tracking data to optimise and develop campaignsEnsure day to day operations are aligned with campaign strategies and commercial goalsDaily and weekly reportingKeep up to date with new platforms and initiativesThe privilege.An opportunity like this at Frasers Group is for the fearless.The potential is massive, the experience unrivalled.
