Job Description

Telesales / Internal Sales Executive / Inbound Sales Executive / Outbound Sales Executive – Nottingham – Remote Working - Permanent – Full Time Only –Up to £25,000 Basic Salary, £35,000OTE & Excellent BenefitsOur client is a leading independent outsourced customer development company.Our clientoffersa range of productsand servicesfrom their clients depending on the campaign.Due to their continued growth our client is very excitedto be recruiting for new Outbound Sales Executive to work remotely (working from home) with a huge numberof benefits.So,if you are a highly motivated Sales Executive with a positive attitude then this role could be for you.THE ROLE

  • This is a telephone-based role, but there is NO cold calling involved. All leads and contacts are existing or lapsed customers from the database.
  • You will be selling a wide range of products depending on the client or contract e.g.Healthcareproducts, Pharmacy and Prescriptions serviceor other products as the contract changes
  • This is an outbound sales roleand you could be making up to 120 – 150 calls per day
  • You will be manually dialling from a contact list NOT an auto dialler
  • This is a remote working role, working from home
  • You will be set a weekly target – Once you have achieved your weekly target then you can finish for the week!
  • This is full time permanent position
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • You will be basedin or aroundNottingham
THE PERSONWhat our client is looking for is simple!
  1. Experience of Sales, Telesales, Customer Services etc.
  2. A Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) – you will get a lot of rejection in this role;you must overcome that rejection and grow from it
  3. A willingness to learn
  4. Reliability – You will be working remotely, therefore trust and reliability is key!
  5. A candidate who wants to overachieve and earn the OTE

  • £22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience)
