Blue Arrow is proud to be working with a company which specialises in Power Generation and Battery production. For over 35 years they have supported the growth of low carbon power generation, helping to improve energy efficiency, reducing costs and emissions,with the goal of achieving net zero.Theyre looking to recruit an Operations Engineer (Nottingham) to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. What does this Operations Engineer role involveHours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pmSalary: £36,000What duties will be included in this Operations Engineer role
  • Travel to and carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations.
  • You will efficiently diagnose and implement all reactive maintenance work on client installations, as well as other users installations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with service provided.
  • Oversee and work to optimize the operational processes of a companys systems to increase productivity and reduce a companys use of excess time and materials.
What will you bring to this Operations Engineer role
  • You will hold an ONC, NVQ Level II or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in mechanical engineering, motor vehicle studies or equivalent.
  • You will be a competent technician with considerable skills/ in depth knowledge of gas and/ or diesel engines.
  • You will be IT competent and experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • You will hold a full valid driving license.
