We are currently recruiting on behalf of two housing associations located in Nottingham & Derby for a number of Multi Skilled tradesman.£23ph, Temp/perm contracts available.Our client are looking for Multi skilled Carpenters or Plumbers Who can fit kitchen & bathrooms and skilled in basic plastering, wall and floor tiling and able to carry out general repairs.Role purpose,The post holder will be responsible to the repairs service manager or voids delivery manager and will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and construction duties across all general trades. Multi skilled operatives will be work primarilyin the aids and adaptations team, void team and contact delivery parts of the business.Key Accountabilities,To carry out all aspects of general trade maintenance and construction including new build, repair work, refurbishment, aids and adaption major installations, large void property works and all works in the contract team, Multi skilled operatives will be requiredto have all general trade skills, unrestricted by quantity and quality and must be able to use their general trade skills in the areas of work defined by the company.Must have a drivers licence and access to own vehicle.If interested, please contact or send your up-to-date CV to .
