Reporting to our Head of Merchandising you will responsible for balancing the expectations of the customer base and the companys strategy and goal. As part of the Merchandising team you will have a specific focus on analysing past trends and sales figures to anticipate future product needs whilst working in collaboration with stakeholders across the business to maximise performance and profitability. You will also be responsible for developing the seasonal strategy and identifying risks and opportunities. You will be tasked with building merchandise and buying plans to maximise sales and identify opportunities for us to develop and become an omni-channel business.To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within a Senior Merchandising role ideally within a blue-chip environment. As well as a keen eye for detail you will have an analytical mindset and proven experience in identifying new continuous improvements. With proven leadership skills and the ability to develop teams you must also have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
