Job Description

This is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an organisation which truly makes a difference to the Healthcare Sector and helps to drive efficiencies for our wonderful NHS with some game changing products. This is a global businesswith offices in Nottinghamshire however you have the autonomy to work 100% remotely if you wish because you will be operating in a stand alone role for the UK.Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this will be an operational role to lead marketing activities across the group with significant scope to develop and expand your role over time. You will be the champion of their Customer Journey, using your creativityand expertise to grab the attention of health service decision makers.You will support the sales and product management teams, working autonomously to drive go- to-market activity across their portfolio of products and services. You will thrive on distilling, crafting and promoting the life-changing impacts that their productsand innovations have on patients and citizens on a national scale, right across the world.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing case studies, thought leadership articles and campaign content
  • Managing key delivery partners for collateral and experiences across channels
  • Designing and producing sponsorship of trade shows and running virtual events
  • Leading the definition and delivery of product marketing programmes end-to-end
  • Delivering innovative activities to increase new market penetration, launch new products, and supporting customer retention
  • Redefining and testing key messaging and product USPs that are consistent across all channels
  • Managing the content calendar, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans
  • Delivering business critical customer experience projects on time and within budget
This opportunity would suit an ambitious operational Marketing Manager who has a background increasing B2B sales through innovative, digital channels and CRM activities. You will be confident autonomously managing multi-channel campaigns including emailmarketing, social media, content management systems and PR / Blogging. Strong written communication skills will be important with an ability to communicate complex products effectively, through all mediums and formats.
