This is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to be responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market across B2B and B2C. The company you will be working for is based in Nottingham but has a hybrid working modelso you will likely spend 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.Working as part of a fast-paced and growing team you will be reporting to the MD and be responsible for developing and maintaining multi-channel marketing strategies in a varied and hands-on position. You will be responsible for developing online and printcollateral, digital marketing, campaign development, PR, and the management of agencies and suppliers. You will also manage a small team of two.This opportunity would suit a confident and experienced marketing generalist who is still happy to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front but knows how to get the best out of their team. We need someone who isnt afraid of change but can respect thebusinesss past. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be crucial along with attention to detail and you must be a finisher.You will be someone who is passionate about the latest developments in online and offline marketing and about optimising the overall customers experience. We need a creative mind and someone who can generate and initiate new ideas to engage with customersincluding generating engaging content.
