They also manage relationships with more than a thousand suppliers, delivering more than 8,000,000orders each year to more than 17,000 locations.The purpose of the Marketing Lead is to operate at a “Head of level’ with responsibility as the strategic lead, and accountability for the marketing function, providing professional advice, expertise, and leadership on all aspects of marketing to your teamand the wider organisation.You will support, mentor and manage a diverse team of 8 Marketing Managers in the successful delivery of through-the-line marketing campaign activities. Creating dynamic and inspiring product and brand marketing campaigns with a clear return on investmentlinked to an increase in sales and brand awareness.The roleIn this highly strategic role you will look to establish clear KPIs and align the marketing function to corporate priorities with the buy in from the wider organisation. You will use data to show ROI and how KPIs link to an increase in sales and brand awareness.You will analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. This will include creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insightsfor future strategy development. This will include go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.As an influential brand custodian, you will be responsible for embedding the newly created corporate identity and tone of voice across the organisation to encourage early adoption.Strong and experienced leadership will be required and whilst this is a role within healthcare, experience and innovation from other industries is welcomed, especially large, complex organisations.Skills required
