Job Description

British Gypsum are the UKs leading manufacturer of interior lining systems. Our mission is to develop innovative products and services that help customers build better spaces to live, work and play. In every kind of building - from home to work, from the local supermarket to the local hospital - we help to create partitions, provide comfort, protect against fire and insulate against sound.As a Marketing Coordinator you will actively contribute to the smooth running of the marketing function supporting team members to perform their best in their roles. Supports tactical activities which are part of the activity plan and manages administration of the department and plans.How will you contribute to our purpose

  • Co-ordinate with PR and other agencies as appropriate to organize meetings.
  • Maintain adequate literature stock and advise when replenishment is required via liaison with fulfilment house.
  • Coordinate meetings for members of the team.
  • Assist with customer focused events in conjunction with Communications Managers/Executive
  • With support, undertake tactical communications activity as agreed with Line Manager
  • Coordinates the generation of reports required by the business in a timely manner.
  • Help and support Marketing Managers where appropriate

  • Enjoys variety and is adaptable to a wide variety of tasks
  • Has strong Microsoft Office capability and experience
