Job Description

This is an opportunity for a talented and creative all-rounder to take on a Marketing Campaign Manager role within a business that offers a range of services within the sports industry.This Nottingham based business have a mission to help create more opportunities to change lives and to make a positive impact in communities and upon society in general through the schools and clubs they help. Their services cover software systems, salesand marketing support, coaching/consultancy and finance and payment support.The key objectives for this role will be to increase client engagement with their services/products and improve various clients own business performance. You will be working with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy to retainand attract new business. You will be trusted to use your marketing flair to trial innovative marketing techniques!This role is perfect for someone who has high energy levels and can confidently juggle multiple projects in a heavily hands-on role. You will need to be comfortable offering advice directly to clients, engendering their trust and building their enthusiasmto push their businesses forwards. Youll be based in their office in Ruddington/Edwalton area and expected to be in the office 4 days a week, with one day at home.Key responsibilities will include:

      Create and manage multiple marketing campaigns to create new business leads.
Build and implement email marketing campaigns to take leads through the sales funnel.Create content and maintain the website.Work with our sales team to produce supporting documentation and collateral.Collaborate with the Content Executive to plan and create content. Using vibrant and engaging content (videos/blog posts/webinars) to create brand awareness, referrals, SEO and funnel strategies.Briefing an agency directing the digital marketing objectives (social ads/PPC), you will be required to work with the agency to analyse campaigns, brief changes and ensure there is a link between in-house campaigns.Develop and implement the SEO and PPC strategy for the lead generation website increasing traffic (Desirable)Work with the Front End Web Designer to improve the customer experience, journey and conversion rates.You will ideally be an marketing qualified professional with experience in managing a host of marketing campaigns with a talent for the creation, implementation, administration of marketing lists, automation (lead nurturing and email flow). You will be comfortablewith social media/content marketing and confident in posting, and know how to run ads. With regards to Direct Mail, you will know what it takes to create a compelling piece of direct mail and be familiar with the fundamentals of digital marketing.To be successful in this role, you will be confident running multiple campaigns at one time and be someone who thinks about the ROI and ensure you have a measure for each campaign you run.This will be an extremely rewarding position for someone who likes to be working in a busy, varied, operational Marketing role so please apply today or call Jordan Leonardi for an informal chat.Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
