Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a growing healthcare provider with roots in Nottingham but scope across the UK. The business is at a really exciting stage in its journey as it continues to grow which means this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitiousMarketing Assistant/Marketing Graduate to be part of this growth and develop their skills under a really supportive Marketing Manager.This job has the flexibility to be worked remotely or hybrid as long as you dont mind dropping into Nottingham for important meetings from time to time.We are looking for someone with amazing interpersonal skills, who can communicate with people at all levels across the business. This will be a group role, meaning you will be working on a variety of different brands. Ideally you will have some previousexperience in a marketing role but this could easily be part of work placement year during University. Analytical skills will be important as well as previous experience managing social channels and any design, content creation or email marketing experiencewould be an advantage.Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Communication and Marketing plans for brands across the Group
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Using online design software (Canva) to adapt current recruitment templates, social media and email images
  • Creating and managing content for social media channels across the Group, ensuring all relevant sharing permissions are granted before publication
  • Completing weekly analytics for Group websites and some data cleansing of email and Workplace platforms
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity across all social and web platforms
  • Proactively source training programs and courses to further your knowledge of digital marketing techniques
