Job Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a specialist domestic window and door installation business who are looking for an Managing Director to join their established team and help grow the business further.The business has been growing continuously and is at the point where they are looking for someone who has the drive and experience to be able to take them to the next stage of growth.This would be a great opportunity for you to take the reins and drive this business towards their goals. By utilizing your track record within business management, you will be responsible for the following areas;

  • Strategy and management of the companys operation, including installation, sales & customer service
  • Ownership of the sales and marketing strategy and execution, including pipeline and enquiry management
  • Identify areas of growth for the business and help grow the reach of the business
  • Identify any structure changes or recruitment needs and execute action
The candidate:
  • Have a demonstratable and experienced background within the Fenestration industry, preferably within the domestic market
  • High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment
  • Excited to work in a fluid, progressive and dynamic environment
  • Experience within growing and maturing business
