Maintenance TechnicianNottingham£25,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary + Voluntary Overtime Paid at Rate + Holidays + Pension + Benefits + Call OutDouble Days Shift 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pmThis is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance technicain to join an industry leading FMCG manufacturer. The company are well known for their staff focused approach and offer a fantastic working culture.The successful candidate will be a multi skilled engineer from a manufacturing environment. You will need to hold an electrical qualification for this role, either 17th edition (or above) or qualified to minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Candidates will ideally have experience working in ANY manufacturing environment. Candidates should have experience fault finding on PLCs and have worked on 3 phase electrics, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics. Any candidates with experience of injection moulding machinery are encouraged to apply.The role itself has a heavy focus on project based installation and improvement work, you will work alongside 2 other engineers on shift and spend around 20% of your time undertaking these, 20% reactive maintenance and 60% of your time completing PPMs.The company are a successful, well known manufacturer who can offer a great working environment and a stable long term role.The Role:* 60% Electrical 40% Mechanical* 60% PPMs 20% reactive maintenance 20% installation and improvement works* Working alongside 2 engineers on shiftThe Candidate:* Electrically biased with experience in ANY manufacturing environment* Experience fault finding on PLCs* Experience working on 3 phase electrics, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline
