SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator based in the outskirts of Nottingham. It is essential you have previous experience working with a international customer base! The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the companys B2B logistics and distribution, to include transportation, administration and customer service within both domestic and international markets. Responsibilities Include: Working alongside the Supply Chain Manager to ensure the companys B2B logistical commitments are managed and planned effectively and efficiently. Liaison with UK B2B sales staff and key accounts to ensure that commercial installs and related activities are supplied on time and cost effectively with appropriate consideration to customer requirements. Liaison with International Business Development Managers and worldwide distributors to meet customer demand for product globally. Using knowledge of orders processed and pending to compile accurate weekly reporting of company sales KPIs. Management of company exports ensuring correct processing and attention to regulations and procedures. Adhering to company Supply Chain Policies to ensure best practice in choosing and managing freight forwarder and third party UK install team relationships. Frequent communication and cooperation with internal warehouse team to coordinate and prepare shipments for despatch. Management of B2B back orders, conveyance of lead times, accurate invoicing and tracking of stock movements where applicable. Continuous review and reporting of suggested improvements to Supply Chain and logistics procedures feeding into active engagement with Company Quality Management Systems. Working Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (Depending on experience) If you think you have the relevant experience please apply online now!
