Salary Circa £25,000 +A bit about the job: Day to day running of a busy lettings officeManage the existing team to a high standardCoach and improve existing lettings coordinatorsMonitor overall and individual performance of all team membersBe aware of competitor performance and activityOffering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to Landlords & Tenants Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the businessHave you got what it takes Strong communication and interpersonal skillsIT literate with knowledge of standard letting agency softwareBusiness winning/development mentalityKnowledge of property lawTarget and performance managing skills requiredMinimum 2 years recent Lettings experienceRecent experience in a senior/supervisory role managing a teamIndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential Required skills
