An exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a very established name in the industry who East Midlands portfolio is rapidly expanding. As Lettings Manager you will be leading a well performing branch in the West Bridgfordarea.My clients have a superb reputation and are growing like no other!   • £28,000k basic salary plus car allowance or company car
  • Commission on top with OTE of £36-40k
  • Parking permit
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Many team events and fundraising days
Lettings Manager – Duties
  • Generating and touting for new business.
  • Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio.
  • Dealing with any escalations.
  • Training and developing of your team
  • Supporting and guiding the team to achievepersonal and branch key goals
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
  • Conduct 1:1s for your team, recognising individualand team achievements
  • Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting.
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
  • Dealing with HR issues.
  • Attending Lettings valuations.
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • You will be target driven and ambitious.
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
  • Man management experience.
