Can you help"As number one in the team and working alongside the Chief Architect you will be responsible for leading on the architectural decisions of the system, putting clear engineering principles in place (SOLID, clean architecture, TDD, etc.) and working with the leadershipteam to build out a strong engineering team as the project grows.We look for parental leaders; those who know how to get the best out of a team, not dictators. Humble, experienced, supportive and able to offer clear direction, guiding the delivery of exceptional solutions.This role will begin as 100% hands-on whilst you build an engineering team around you. Ultimately we expect a team of four to six reports over the next twelve months.From a technical perspective, we are looking for a strong Ruby Developer and Architect. React on the front-end, relational database (MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL). Job processing in Sideiq or Resque but most importantly, you will be a TDD and BDD advocate (RSpec)and of course be working with distributed version control (GIT).
